Thank you for taking the time to check out my Blog. In these posts I will talk about common mental health problems as well as struggles or experiences we might all go through. I will share ideas, strategies and tips on how to manage them in a more positive way.

I will explore the importance of taking care of our own wellbeing and how to do this in a way that doesn't feel like we're just adding another item to your no doubt already long to-do list.
